Water-based bituminous mastic

Water-based bituminous mastic is a type of single-component sealant materials and products that convert into a flexible solid with excellent adhesion to the surface after the solvent used evaporates.

Benefits

  • Suitable flexibility
  • Excellent adhesion to various surfaces, including concrete, brick, asphalt, metal, wood, etc.
  • Being cheap and economically
  • Ease of application and no heat required
  • High resistance against different types of chemical compounds and environmental conditions
  • Environmentally friendly
  • Can be diluted with water
  • Can be applied with a brush, spatula and spray

Applications

– Waterproof layer on concrete and brick in water storage tanks and structures

– Sealing layer in buildings and roofs

– The sealing layer of all types of water supply channels, pipes and concrete water tanks
